Welcome to my website, a resource for workers' comp professionals. Here you will find tools to aid in understanding the AMA Guides and their use under the revisions to California's Workers' Compensation Act after SB 899. I am a practicing trial attorney in San Francisco and have been working with the AMA Guides for over twenty years in the federal jurisdiction under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act. I train and speak on these subjects nationwide.

As usual, a great course!

Your program on Friday was top notch and covered some interesting topics and stimulated some heated debate!

Your programs are very practical and with each one that I take, I find myself learning new and different things that I didn't know before. I appreciated hearing the viewpoint of insurance adjusters, Craig, the DEU rater, as well as the opinions of the presenters.

A well thought out and presented program.

Thanks again and keep me informed on your next program!

Phil,

I sure enjoyed your presentation on Monday in Orange County. We have talked about making sure that our team receives the training with you. Thanks for the follow up memo.

Best Regards,

Bob

It was a pleasure meeting you this last couple of days. I just wanted to send you a quick note thanking you for your wonderful seminar. I appreciate the opportunity to attend. While your seminar may have been gratis, for me it was priceless. A wonderful experience and I thank you again.

I just wanted to tell you that I think that is the best workers compensation class I have ever had in my short 4.5 yrs in the biz. I really hope that they let you come back for Medicare Set Aside, because, really, these are really boring topics that you make interesting.

Thank you.

Wow! What a seminar. I truly enjoyed the experience. As a young physician embarking on a career as an expert medical examiner I found your seminar (6/11 and 6/12 in L.A.) to be truly valuable.

I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how much Dr. Tom Leonard, Dr. Henry Edington and I enjoyed participating in the Longshore conference last week in San Antonio. As you know from our brief conversation, this was our first year to attend and sponsor and we found it to be very educational as well as an excellent venue to directly market our physicians to the Longshore industry.

I enjoyed hearing you speak and especially enjoyed the Ethics seminar. I have already ordered the other two books of which you spoke and look forward to reading them.

I plan to attend next year's seminar in Rhode Island. If there are local or regional events of the Longshore claims industry that will be occurring before then, I would very much appreciate any information or direction you could provide.

I would like to thank you for the interesting and informative presentation that you did the other day for Frank Gates in El Dorado Hills. You certainly have a way of making this easy for anyone to understand!

As a nurse, I did again want to thank you for making a subject that has been so difficult, so simple..... not that we have anything to do with rating, but we can now be on the correct lookout for content to assist our claims personnel! Thank you.
